A durable, multilayer high-pressure polyethylene film designed for a wide range of applications, from construction to light industry. It is made from virgin, recycled or mixed raw materials and is available in transparent, colored and flexo-printed versions.

Our company has two high-tech extrusion lines that allow us to produce

2- and 3-layer polyethylene film. This approach ensures high strength, stability and the ability to adapt the film to various industries – logistics, packaging, and industrial needs.

How it works:
  1. Extrusion

Polymer raw materials are loaded into a special hopper, from where they are fed into an extruder, a key element of the production line.

It is here that the raw material melts, is formed into layers, and the finished film is released through a special head.

  1. Recycling – environmentally friendly and efficient

We have a shredder for technical film and a granulator that allows us to

  • Grind production residues
  • Make secondary granules
  • Reuse the material in production without loss of quality
