How do I return/exchange an item from COURIER-PACK?
You can return a «COURIER-PACK» product (or exchange it for a similar product) within 14 days of purchase. This rule applies to goods of proper quality, i.e. unused and undamaged. Return of goods in Ukraine is regulated by the law «On Protection of Consumer Rights». Article 9 «Consumer Rights in the Acquisition of Goods of Proper Quality»
Refund juice
Refunds must be made within 14 days, from the date stated on the cheque or on the company's website.
Condition of packaging
The goods must be in their original condition and packed in their original packaging.
Documents
Additional documentation, such as a receipt or purchase receipt, may be required with the return to verify the transaction.
Return/Exchange Method
The goods can be returned or exchanged by courier service, by post or personally at: Poltava, Polskaya 2b
Cost of return
The company will reimburse the cost of dispatch in case of receipt of incorrect goods, goods of improper quality or goods that do not correspond to the dimensions indicated on the website. In case of returning the goods without a justified reason within 14 days from the date of purchase, the cost of dispatch is paid by the customer.
