Plastic film for packaging has become popular due to its characteristics and high versatility. It is used more and more often in everyday life, in households, in industry and agriculture. Almost everything has to be wrapped:
- food in the refrigerator, during transportation and storage;
- food products during production, such as vacuum packaging of meat and dairy products;
- bakery products;
- construction materials, including bulk materials that are afraid of getting wet;
- building materials stored outdoors;
- furniture and wood products;
- electrical appliances, refrigerators, televisions, computers;
- toys and souvenirs.
Packaging plastic film is usually made from virgin raw materials, and therefore it is transparent, but at the request of the customer, it is possible to produce a film of any color so that it harmonizes with the product, creates a pleasant appearance and ensures the safety of the product. The fact that this film is called packaging film does not mean that it can be used only for packaging, it is also perfect for other purposes:
- waterproofing and sealing;
- it can be used to cover soil, greenhouses, industrial floors after pouring
concrete to avoid premature dehydration in hot weather; - protect furniture from dust during repairs.
Film has many advantages over other packaging materials, which is why it is often chosen for packaging. When rolled into rolls, plastic film takes up little space, is easy to move, and is easy to pack, after which it protects against precipitation, wind, and other external and internal adverse factors.
